CLICK & COLLECT

Click and Collect is available from our Warehouse located at 2/110 Maddox Road Williamstown North. 

You will be notified by text and email when your order is ready for collection and the time frames that collection is available. 

Collection hours are as Follows
MON-FRI: 9.00am - 3.00pm

SAT: 9.00am - 2:00pm
SUN - CLOSED

POST / COURIER DELIVERY

'We take no responsibility for the delay of your order due to the processes of shipping carriers outside of our organisation. All care is taken from us to ensure that you receive your parcel in a timely fashion. 

If you have concerns about the length of time it may take for your delivery to arrive, we suggest you contact us prior to placing your order so that we can help you get what you need in time. 

Any additional shipping costs incurred outside of what is quoted at the time of placing an order will be the responsibility of the customer if these increases are due to specific demands/requirements. No extra charges will be made without prior consent. 

DIRECT COURIER

If you would like to arrange for direct courier delivery, we will be happy to assist you. 

UBER EATS

From time to time our products may available on  Uber Eats for easy delivery. If you use UBER EATS you may have to agree to their terms & conditions, for which we bare no responsibility.
